1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the ace656 platform at ace656.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the ace656 platform in any capacity. If you are using the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ace656 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To place bets or play games on ace656, you must hold a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals. Each player may hold only one registered account on the platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

ace656 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and return of the deposited balance, net of any bonuses received.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ace656 support immediately via Live Chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ace656 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case ace656 support will advise on alternative arrangements. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on the account. Processing times vary by payment method but ace656 endeavours to process all withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer than mobile banking withdrawals due to the processing schedules of individual financial institutions.

ace656 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal. These checks are conducted in accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering standards. Delays arising from such checks will be communicated to the player by the support team.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on ace656 unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in a casino game on ace656, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are placed voluntarily and at your own risk. You accept that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that ace656 makes no representation as to the likelihood of any particular outcome.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless expressly permitted by the specific rules of the betting market concerned.

• In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, software error or data transmission failure — that results in a disrupted gaming session, ace656 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play from server logs. • ace656 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or affected by circumstances beyond the control of the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace656 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate investigation, account suspension and, where appropriate, permanent account closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with ace656.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one registered account on the platform, whether under your own identity or a different identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or casino game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated click tools or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games or perform actions on the platform without direct manual input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake, software bug or miscalculated odds. Any bets placed under such circumstances will be voided and the relevant stakes returned or forfeited at ace656's discretion.
• Money Laundering: Using the ace656 platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. ace656 co-operates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crimes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your payment provider in relation to funds deposited into your ace656 account. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, offensive or threatening behaviour directed at ace656 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

ace656 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player against a deposit.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• Request by a relevant authority, financial institution or regulatory body.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email or Live Chat and invited to provide any information or documentation required to resolve the investigation. ace656 aims to conclude all account investigations within 14 business days of opening the case, though complex cases may require additional time.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the ace656 support team via Live Chat at any time. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, ace656 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation or recovery action. Where winnings are found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, those winnings will be forfeited in full.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ace656 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the ace656 support process may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an appropriate dispute resolution body. By using the ace656 platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the applicable dispute resolution forum for the resolution of all disputes arising from these terms.
